    Wiebo Ludwig

    Wiebo Arienes Ludwig (19 December – 9 April ) was the leader of a Christian community named Trickle Creek, just outside Hythe, Alberta, Canada.

    He was best known for his legal problems arising from his conflict with the oil and gas industry.

    Ludwig was born during World War II and immigrated to Canada with his family from Friesland in the northern part of the Netherlands shortly after the war.
